I spend a lot of time putting together spreadsheets of data looking at the market, similar properties, square footage, price per square foot, etc. I try to be very clear and provide plenty of facts so you know exactly where the numbers are coming from. I take pride in being involved in every step of the process. I don't outsource unless I have to and even then I make sure I am at all appointments for drones and photography so I can request as many pictures as necessary to get the exact picture we need to show you home in it's best light.
- Advertising: I participate in numerous advertising platforms from luxury specific sites to social media. I make the advertising materials myself wherever possible and pay for the promotion myself.
- Presentation: For every listing I have I create a showing book that I will give to all prospective buyers.
- Contract Contingencies: I set timelines based on contracts and I schedule everything I can
